Sleek looking infotainment system

Both inside and out the Nexo is looking like a much more traditional vehicle that what I've seen with electrics. It will be using a 12.3 widescreen touchscreen and will have full digital color instrument cluster. Everything can be controlled via the touchscreen or with the twisting rotary dial. The center console is littered with buttons controlling everything from drive modes to temperature controls.

We see a lot of new vehicles using this landscape style display screen and I think it works here. I think its good that Hyundai is also placing a lot of physical buttons because purely touch screen systems can be distracting and frustrating to use.

my biggest problem is what JLR is already doing which is incorporating analog controls in the center console with next-generation landscape screens... like what Hyundai did here.
maintaining a consistent theme is key to great design, Hyundai has more work to do.

I just don't think its necessary to use touch screen controls to adjust things like temperature and seating position. While a simplistic cabin design does look a lot more clean, there is no need to hide simple features like this through sub menus.
